The original Volcanics which became the Henry and Winchester were lever pistols, too.

I used to have a few STAR pistols. They were never reliable but man were they accurate!

They had positive firing pins, too, so couldn't e safely carried with a round in the chamber. I modified one to a inertia type and it worked well...when it fed!
