An interesting article but, as long as you have a Handgun, and then, are able to shoot it accurately (under STRESS), I believe are the first priorities, then we have the bullets fired.
These days, tecnology and engineering have improved terminal bullet performance, for all bullets (Rifle & Handgun).
The 9mm with these current bullets, is better than ever before, and the same applies to .357. .40, 44 and .45 calibres.

But regardless, all this tecnology won't help the "Spray and Pray" crowd.
As I have been saying for a long time now, "For the want of One (or Two Handgun) well aimed shot/s".

Agree---you wouldn't think it makes the handgun more slippery with pee running down both legs in a stress situation, but seems to have an effect..

Don't care what caliber you shoot..if you can't hit -it won't matter

Had a PO tell me years ago--you can't miss fast enough...
