Many gun owners in the USA have fears of the same type of confiscation happening here. Of course, the pro gun control politicians love to say those fears are unfounded and those rumors are just the ravings of conspiracy theorists and fear mongers and that law abiding citizens have nothing to worry about....

As a wise man once said; "Those who do not learn from history are doomed to repeat it."
