Re the cast lead bullets. I have fired several thousand cast lead bullets through my Glock 22 with no ill effect. Didn't hear about the Glock warning of not using lead projectiles in the polygon barrels until several thousand had gone through the barrel. In my 19 I use coated lead bullets ratted to 1500fps from memory. I did clean the 22 with a mag of jacketed rounds at the end of each range session and a cyclone brush. No need for this when using coated lead.
