Reading some of the comments at the end of the link you originally posted about the PITA cleaning effort of the older ones reminded me about how I used to run my slab sided target version until the crud got so thick the darn thing just wouldn't run anymore, but it took a LOT of shooting to get it to that stage.




You are not hijacking anything..enjoy your posts and input...and yes, like you, I fear the direction our nation and the world may be taking..fear more so for my children...but rest assured, each one will be handed a brand new AR-15 as they leave the home to go on their own..my farewell and be safe present so to speak..

Yes, the border guys were under the seats, took my key chain apart, took luggage out of the rear trunk..it was crazy..have never had anything like that happen before going up there...went back a couple years later, nothing...so no idea what that was all about??
