As it was stated earlier, Glocks are ultra reliable with any type of ammunition.
I carry a G19 (9x19) daily and have the utmost faith that it will work any time I call upon it.
As to your caliber choice, I have not seen a box of .45 GAP for sale in the USA for many years.
I'm sure its out there, but it ain't popular!
