Not for sure of the twist rate, but my CZ75 SA, likes the Speer Gold Dot 147 grain ammo, and I run it for my personal defense ammo. After my 280 grain .44 special experimentation are over I will start experimenting more with cast bullets of 147 grains for the 9mm. I'll keep you posted what I find out.
