He walks OK on the leash but of course thinks it is great to put in his mouth and tug on. I think he is too young to use a choker chain on.

Now that I have started to train him to SIT properly, it is evident the breeder already has taught him that quite well. We noticed this when we first got him.

It's a pity it is vintage and a busy time, so time spent of him will only be available in between busy times. But as he is very young should not be a problem. On the plus, once harvesting is out the way, there is lots of free time before pruning, weed spraying, winter cover cropping etc starts later in Autumn/Winter.
