It was VERY difficult to be with Lady, when the shot in her IV, took it's effect, when she suddenly went limp in my arms and both my kids exclaimed, "Ohhhhhhhh". We were all there for her. Tearful for us all.
Just reinterpreting this brings tears to my eyes.
