Good to hear the old boy is improving John.
Just keep up the old regime of the oil etc & it'll give them a better quality of life.
Now's the time to get a pup & get him/her trained up; an older dog can be a bit grumpy at times, but after awhile the old ones perk up & play with the youngsters - gives them a second lease on life!
