Mmmm Kamilaroi, I'm not sure if you are refering to the Brown Snake there (known to eat Black snakes) or the common 'waddy stick', for wailing the living daylights out of the odd stray snake.

I beleive the Easter Brown Snake is refered to as Pseudonaja textilis.
