Marakai, thanks for the info, I know reef fish much better as I am also a scuba diver and you rarely see this critters on a dive. I will find out more, but they are sometimes called Natal Snoek aswell. It interesting how local names differ so much.

We are still rookies and must still learn a lot with regard to how to make a rig and bait for a specific fish. We are slowly getting there, best of all it is a lot of fun learning all this tricks. We are already planning our next trip. The old saying, the more you practice the luckier you gets.

It is just a pity we are so far away from the sea, 11 hours travelling with the boat.
