Just for interest, those 'cutas' would be called mackerel or 'macks' here in Australia, where we have both 'cuda and 'couta. Those in your photo look a bit like our Spanish Mackerel, which we might call 'spannos' after a few beers. Still taste the same, I bet! Bloody delicious!
