Never been one for ice fishing, but I'd sure like to put some Burbot fillets in the freezer. I prefer it to "properly" cooked halibut - and THAT is the best one out of salt water. Locally, right now, the lake ice is thick enough to run my 1-ton diesel on it 13" to 16". I don't, but THEY say it's thick enough. Someone always goes through, on that lake. Be careful of the thin spots! |
