Sounds like a great trip Mike, I have always wanted to fish Canada for Grayling, Muskie, Pike and Walleye. I used to fish for Walleye in a lake where I lived, they are great eating. I am trying to find some good flyfishing here in OZ, I especially miss fishing for Smallmouth and Largemouth Bass. There were dozens of farm ponds in my area, rangeing from a acre to several acres, and they were always stocked with bass, and not many people fished them. So with a flyrod and some poppers you could catch a nice dinner. Muskie must be the cape buffalo of fish, big, menacing and hard to land. I have some friends that are obcessed with fishing for muskie. Lynn Miller |
