Ann, I've caught and eaten a bunch of trout over the years, some of it prepared by some pretty good guides, but I've never had trout grilled with maple syrup! How is it? What's the secret? I'd love to give it a try! I'll be in the Brekenridge area of Colorado in May to do some fishing and I'd love to try something new around the campfire.
