Barrel length 66 cm (26"), stock length 39 cm (15.5"), total length 111 cm (43.5"), weight 5.28 kg, year of manufacture 1906, British proof, restored condition 1. Barrel bore condition very good. Barrels engraved with "Holland & Holland 98 New Bond Street London Winner of all the Field Trials London", ramp front sight, matted quarter rib with fixed sights including folding rear sight blades and its own H&H claw mount, matching numbers to the rifle, with Zeiss Victory Varipoint 1.1-4x24 T* telescopic sight (luminous function not checked), ejectors, firing pins inserted from the front, receiver and all system parts intensively color-hardened, ham-shaped side locks typical of Dominion, cocking indicator, extensively engraved with arabesques, slide tang safety with gold inlaid "SAFE", double trigger, trigger guard dark blued, extremely fine and intensely grained stock, oval cheekpiece, grip cap, strap eyelets, empty monogram plate, leather-covered butt plate. In the particularly solid flanged version which is the ideal choice for double rifles in .375 caliber and ejects more reliably than the usual H&H belted version. Delivered in a custom-fit leather-covered wooden box with manufacturer's label, tools, cleaning supplies and other accessories.
