I’d say it’s either a 10.75R Grundig or a 10.75X52 Springer
Do a chamber cast and see if it is a straight walled case - the Grundig, or a bottle neck case - the Springer.
10.3mm is the bore - the bullet will be 10.75mm and 340grs
