I was asked if I could help regognizing this double rifles maker and caliber. Looks like it has been made in Germany, probably before WWII. That Sosnowski was probably polish gunshop who ordered and then sold that rifle. I was told that rifle has been owned by finnish general. The only caliber marking is 10,3 mm so maybe Kuduae or lancaster would know that caliber.
