Absolutely stunning rifle.

The proportions are perfect and the wood is beautiful.

What is the argument for having the rear sling stud so close to the pistol grip? Such a well-executed rifle...I am certain there is a purpose for this placement.

It is just so different from what I am used to seeing, I wonder if someone can educate me regarding the reason?
