As far as the Holt's auction, there are several very nice rifles there, I may be tempted (as usual) but am away from that evening so it will have to be an internet bid, very easy to get carried away!

I certainly would like a conversion, they are particularly attractive to me with the percussion fences and higher hammers but the Heinrich Barella shown by Lancaster with its high enraved/shaped hammers and fences is certainly one of the best actions I have seen for a long time
