Thanks for sharing, a lovely gun in excellent condition with a truly unique action. I'm betting that the internal mechanism is beautifully polished and very slick.

I believe that in that time period and later, if you went to a gunsmith with the coin, you could have the gun made in whatever configuration you liked, with the sighting you desired, which many did.
