According to Ross Seyfreid, Swiss comes closest to regulating to stamped numbers, but if it actually regulates with 110gr. of English Sporting powder, then perhaps 120gr. GOEX might work.

Here, I have to pay $20.00 per pound for GOEX and $40.00 for Swiss, hense, I don't shoot Swiss powder.
