Re: two old german double rifles

Nicely re-built, both of them. They were both in pretty rough shape and it cost a lot of money to re-furbish both guns, I'd expect. I wonder if the wood on the first, is original.

The bores - I wonder how they look? Might have been an important deciding factor in 'making price' or not. Being that rough (originally) on the outside, might mean VERY nasty inside.

The rear sight (second) is rather odd, isn't it. The first one rather elaborate for an elevator sight - looks rather nasty on a DR, to me, when one might expect nicely slim express sights.

Did everyone notice the single set triggers? - adjustment screws quite notable?
