I think that I'd find his final resting place and pour a bottle of fine scotch on it... After I filter it thru my kidneys!
If this can be proven to have been made for Czar Nicholas he made a big mistake.
BTW did you know that Nicholas was first cousins to most of the European Royality? Even King George of England.
