Re: Best bang for the buck

The decreasing value of the dollar against the euro make any price statements here questionable, at best. I've got a Chapuis enroute with recoil pad added and triggers lightened (both done in the USA) with 1" pivot rings in 7X65R for ~ $4600 USD. I know prices have gone up to account for the decline of the dollar. Check with Kebco or Dave Nygaard for their current prices. Both are on the AR Double Rifle forum, maybe here as well. I know Kebco had a couple of Chapuis 9.3's in stock for around $4400 or so a few weeks back. The Chapuis very likely will group less than 2" at 100 yards for both barrels. I suspect that you can get into a Chapuis 9.3 for ~$5000 at the top (w/o rings and bases). Pilgrim
