Even though this thread is about the Lang, does anyone have any comment on dnovo's post about the Rodda .475 Straight? Looks like it's a heavy thing at 12+ pounds and no ejectors, but I called Kevin about it a couple of weeks ago, and he said he'd take 12K for it. Has some pitting on the action, and a small crack in the pistol grip--not along the grain, but perpendicular to the trigger tang that he's having someone in Bozeman fix. While we're at it, they've got a .470 that's a Belgian (?) gun (Raick Erigis) for 15K. I called on the Rodda because I too need a long LOP, and those are few and far between. Haven't asked about the Belgian gun yet--I know nothing about them except for Francotte. It also has a long pull--15 5/16.
