After several months of waiting my rifle is "up to bat"

at www.champlinarms.com in JJ's shop. In a couple more

months it will be back with me. Better trigger pulls,

warthog ivory forward sight, platinum line on rear sight,

case colors reapplied to action body and some reblueing

too, like on the top lever, and the firing pins to be

worked on so that they don't stick in fired cartridge

primers are the issues. I am excited about shooting once

again. These old UK built DR's really to have a bit of

magic for me.
