I have a Chapuis Safari PH2 470 that i absolutely love . It is a great shooter, getting 1-1 1/2" groups at 50 yards. It is beautiful and very well made even it doesn't carry the snob appeal of a British Double I believe it to be better made than Heym, Merkel, or Krieghoff ...nicer looking too. Best value in today market. But my STRONG advise is Donot buy one if you are Afraid to shoot it. Many guys big bores that end up collecting dust in the safe. Even a PH in Africa once asked me if I was afraid to shoot my 470. Yes it kicks but it not that bad but if you're sensitive to recoil it may give you the yipps
