These are just rumors, but from what I have heard the 700 has come up short on penetration.

Last time I talked to Mark he had nice things to say about his 600, but he was heading to England to get two 577's. Watsons if I remember correctly.

I have handled his Marcel Thys 600, it, a Jeffery under lever, and a P Orr are the ONLY 600's I have handled that felt like proper hunting doubles.
