Ian, The website works perfectly for me. Good to see it up and a big thumbs up to you for supporting Mick. Yes, what he went through is horrible and I cannot believe that anyone who lives in a "democracy" should go through this kind of treatment. I remember the BBC talking about "illegal pump action automatic guns" that were found at his home. They also lied about raids in New York (which were aimed at getting guns out of a breakaway IRA faction) being headed for Mick's shop. When he recovers he should sue them, the Times and every rag that defamed him before conveniently reporting that he was innocent, without saying anything about their own lies in the past. From what I know of British judges, he would become a very rich man if he sued - libel damages in the UK are bigger than in the US and Mick deserves them. |
