I can read:)))))) Rule number one when installing a pad is to make sure the pad is flat as most are not. Two years day & night in gunsmithing school did teach me how to intstall a recoil pad correctly. Oh yes, even on curved surfaces. A silvers pad will easily conform to the slight curvature of his stock.
