That doesn't help him as the Wood of the Stock is curved,
hence my comment about curving the Spacer to fit the stock shape.

He has already said that he doesn't want to cut the stock
and I totally agree.

Putting a Recoil Pad on that gun wit a curved stock is not a big issue.
