In your experience, can the Bertram .577 3 1/4" brass be cut back to 2 3/4" without reaming the necks? Obviously chambers vary, and what holds true for one might not hold true for another. But that aside, if the brass thickens noticeably in that distance you might have seen it. I ask because Huntington's has the 3 1/4" brass in stock now.
