Curl: I shoot fifty-fifty BELL and Bertram, about 30 pieces of each. The Bell stuff dates from a few years back obviously, and a couple of cases didn't make the cut due to imperfections or folds in the brass. The Bertram is newer, and certainly needs a tidy-up before first loading, particularly deburring flash-holes. There doesn't seem to be any difference between the two at the pressures we're talking about. I neck-size only in 'custom' dies, with no neck-expander, but I do crimp this cartridge (with a home-made crimp die). |
