Hi Fellas, I had the oppertunity to handle and play with James Sutherlands 577 W.R. Rifle at the Auction today. Unfortunately it went a bit over my limith with the total price at Ł68000!!! But I was realy amased by in how good condittion this rifle was. It was just so humbeling to hadle it. Such an icon in the history of hunting that peace was!!! Let us al hope it went into a good colection where it will be apreciated. It was actually the first time this gun was up for sale, it has been in the Anderson family, ever since it was given to Major Anderson when Sutherland gave it to Anderson. Unfortunately they where a bit picky about photoes so i dont hove ones to publish.
