George Caswell might be the best to deal with as far as english doublerifles. If you are serious for that rifle, you can be sure George won`t sell you something that doesnīt match what has allready been said. What i an trying to say here is that when buying these old guns its just as important of who you are dealing with. If you like the gun buy it..because George ain`t going to sell you something that isnīt good.
The gun looks great, and I actually had a glance at it myself...but the 10 bore from Manton is the one I fell for(bought). In choosing the 12 bore, you have all the components ready available. The 10 bore is where you have to start looking/searching a bit more.
