Ross Seyfried has long been one of my favorite authors of articles. I like the way he writes about his own guns and passion for the guns he has interest and reloading for the old and odd. He seems to discribe how my interest is in old, odd, historic and quality guns of many types. His insight into loading for Nitro express cartridges and BPE guns is always a great place to start working if you wna to do this. The "4198" ratio for black powder and the Relaoder 15 ratios for cordite are great. I have used his owrk to help build loads for old and obsolete BP cartridges. I could see by his magazine writing in the last few years, that he had lost interest in testing or messing with SS/plastic new guns or the latest wiz-bang magnums. He writes for the Double Gun Journal and all of the articles I have read are great. I subscribe and enjoy the publication greatly. The only thing about it is that I tend to lust for the guns and rifles out of my budget. I truely enjoy the info from this forum. there is a lot of experience out there. 88MauSporter |
