The Chapuis doubles in 9.3X74R are indeed far and away the cheapest available DRs, and the build quality is excellent. I believe William Larkin Moore has at least one in stock and pictured at his site. And, since the 9.3X74R is just a tad behind the 375 H&H ballistically, there isn't anything on the North American continent you would be undergunned in pursuing.
