My views on the wisdom of buying a Searcy are already 'of record' in this thread. However, going to this site and clicking on the thumbnails for this recent Searcy 470 NE in the plain, PH format shows a fairly nice gun, with very decent wood to metal fit, good wood, and all in all, not a bad choice if one was looking for a 470 DR in fairly plain format for a resaonable price without a long wait.
