Don't know how many are out there but most of the PH's with my upcoming safari in Chewore speak of extensive experience with Doubles.

I think there are two kinds of DG hunters--
those that have Doubles and those that either don't know about Doubles or desperately want a Double but can't afford one!!!

One would assume the majority of the time when DG hunting it may not matter but I bet JPK was grateful he had a Double when his Ele charged. What great shooting! Would racking a bolt action may have caused problems with the f/u shot??

Pure guesswork but as for me make my DG gun a Double.
