Whoops! My replay was a bit fast!
It is true that the Belgian engravers have a difficult time: they have always been amongst the very best in the world (as the Belgian gunmakers, who were happy to make best-quality guns for the 'best' London gunmakers until very recently)), so they never thought advertising a nessessity.
Now (a bit late) they see otherwise.
Alain Lovenberg is the man to see if you want the very best (he makes engavings for Hartmann& Weiss, Lebeau-Courally...(by the way THE best makers!).
