If it's NOT noticeable, and no one knows, no,
but if it's a gun that most others are 28 in
and this is 24 or 26, yes, probably.

Jeffrey's are hard to pick as he sold all sorts
of length guns but others are easier to pick.

Mickey - quite a few guns sold to the US
had shortened barrels and no one picked them.
I was told later / after the events.
I also saw a few DR's in the US that had been
shortened but it didn't seem to change the price ???
(Then again, it wasn't specified that they had been
shortened !).
