I presently would lean toward the Heym as they will be there in the future and have maintained their quality and reputation well.

If my future Ele hunt in 2008 is a success a Heym in 450/400 with some extras would be as enticing as a 500NE would be--

Guess I'll quit dreaming and drooling and enjoy the 500NE I now own and pursue other hunts with it!! Maybe a pig hunt this summer! It works well and will get the job done.
