That looks like it could be a screw grip (not Webley) but we really need to see a photo looking back at the action face and showing the spindle, before it can be decided.
An "angle cut" on the barrel extension or doll's head is NO proof of the existance of a screw grip third bite.
This "angle cut" has tricked a few into thinking a gun has a screw grip third bite when it really doesn't.
You see a few of this action type around. I think Mickey has a double with a similar action to this one and Mark Sullivan's .577 NE is a similar style, with of course a much larger frame.
They're nice, and I've always wanted one.
