My 450#2 is a Ruger No.1 ( a 1H in .458 Win.Mag re-chambered to 450#2. 24" barrel ).

Case: Horneber
Primer: F215M
Bullet: Hornady 500gr RNSP
Powder: 105gr H4831
Filler: Case topped off with Puff-lon ( While I've never experienced any trouble with this filler, I'm looking to switch to foam after reading of others experience with it, during long term use.)

I get right at 2150 fps and no pressure signs whatsoever. Two friends also use this same load in their vintage British doubles, with the same results. I'm not sure what filler they are using.
