I tried the hang and clang...the rifle rings like a bell with both barrels. No loose ribs here. I rather suspect that the crossing may be due to my adding a recoil pad, and lowering the comb of the rifle by ~ 1/4" or so. That combined with the scope probably upset the regulation. Like I noted before, I'll try the rifle again w/o the scope (as soon as the snow melts

), and with the Leupold when I get it back from Leupold. I'm beginning to get resigned to the idea of re-regulation. For those of you who have done this, am I looking at a cost of $100's or around a $1000 or so? or? Pilgrim
