I found Vågslands website. And have confirmed from several people that he definately has more double rifle experiance than Ragnar and Roger Hansen. It appears that Vågsland can also regulate double rifles himself, while I've been told that Hansen sends them out of house to get this done (although I don't know where Hansen sends them).
