Thank you very much for the correct title and for updating this page. Yes, the NRA Political Victory Fund can accept donations only from US residents and the amount that it can receive is also regulated by law as far as I know. That is why this raffle is only for citizens and residents of the USA. With hundres of thousands of members in the NRA the chances of winning are roughly equal to those of winning the Lott, but I still think this kind of thing is a very good idea.

Hopefully, gun owners in other countries would take this to heart and come up with similar ways of lobbying politicians effectively and organise themselves better.
