Problems with copper fouling

I am having bad problems with copper fouling. I am shooting 10 rounds over 30 min period using woodlegh 400gn 411. dia RN in a 450/400 3 in Searcy Ph . I have tried sweets , cr 10 and witches brew. Any Ideas?
